**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Wellness Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing wellness events every weekend, with the goal of enhancing brand visibility, engaging clients, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. This role requires creativity, excellent project management skills, and a passion for wellness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Event Planning and Coordination:**
 - Research, identify, and secure venues for wellness events in alignment with the company’s brand and goals.
 - Plan, schedule, and execute wellness events every weekend, including workshops, retreats, fitness classes, and pop-up events.
 - Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including setup, equipment, supplies, and vendor management.
 - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality experiences.

2. **Client and Partner Engagement:**
 - Collaborate with wellness professionals, influencers, and vendors to create engaging event programs.
 - Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and clients to foster a positive community atmosphere.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for event attendees, providing excellent customer service and support.

3. **Marketing and Promotion:**
 - Work with the marketing team to develop event promotional strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
